This was our first visit to the Salish Lodge. Dinner was outstanding - the menu options were enticing and their beet salad starter was to die for. We each had an entree that was excellent and ended the evening with a dessert we luckily shared and it was the perfect size for our taste by sharing it. The prices are above average but we were very pleased with our meal and will come back for a special occasion in the future.

Remembering back to the old lodge restaurant of the 70's, it is difficult to appreciate the new plush setting of the resort, spa, and restaurant of today. Although it is a beautiful setting and fantastic service, the restaurant has lost the "old charm" it once possessed. The food is good, but the above average price is not representative. If you are visiting for a romantic weekend, you have come to the right place. However, you would probably have a much better time enjoying the view from your room with breakfast in bed. Don't get me wrong, it is a very lovely place that I love to visit. However, do not come with the expectations of experiencing the old charms that the logging community offers elsewhere.

Brunch/breakfast provides a splendid, albeit partially foliage-screened view of the Snoqualmie Falls in its sylvan setting from your window-side table at this famous family-friendly lodge perched on the cliffside above the falls.

The food is very well prepared (the scones with Devonshire cream and jam are a must side dish) and the wait staff quite congenial.

Dine here if you visit the falls, whether you are a lodging guest or not. Then walk up to the picturesque public viewing stand for the breath-taking full-on panorama of a very grand falls indeed!

This was our second visit to the Salish Lodge for breakfast. We had a window seat with a gorgeous view of the falls and had the pleasure of spotting a few rainbows from the morning mist. Our waitress was fun and attentive. I enjoyed the lavender french toast with toasted hazelnuts and orange marmalade. I paired this with pear & caramel tea. The french toast was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It had a hint of lavender flavor that wasn't overpowering. My husband had the Salmon Lox Bagel and coffee. The Bagel was beautifully presented and oh so delicious! We will be back again I'm sure of it!

We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the Dining Room and really enjoyed our experience.

Dinner was fabulous, with an excellent selection of fresh and delicious appetizers and entrees, to interesting cocktails and an extensive wine list. The service was extremely attentive without being overbearing, and the pace of the meal was just right. I highly recommend the chocolate soufflé with the honey ice cream - amazing!

Breakfast was equally delicious, with breakfast favorites and some interesting items. We did not opt for the famous four-course cottage breakfast, but truly enjoyed everything from our coffee to pancakes and eggs. Everything was perfectly cooked. I highly recommend the Dining Room.
