Absolute horrible experience from start to finish. The food was average compared to the national chains, but cost way more. The service was atrocious. We went there on a weeknight and the place was not at all busy. When we walked in, there were about 10 total tables (can’t remember exactly) in the restaurant, four of them were filled with people, three of them were filled with dishes, and the rest were clean and ready for customers. The owner asked us to wait to be seated while they cleaned the tables. We waited for 15 minutes! Why couldn’t we just sit at a clean table and order our food? We finally sat and looked over our menus. We didn’t see the waitress again for another 15 minutes. We ordered our main dishes, an appetizer and beverages, then waited. And waited. And waited. 20 minutes later the waitress delivered the complimentary bread and oil (which is usually delivered as you order your food, or just after). 15 minutes after that, the waitress asked if we would like more bread. We said that we were actually ready for the appetizer and drinks. To which she replied, “oh yeah.” She then immediately brought out the appetizer and drinks. 15 minutes later our food came (only an hour and 20 minutes after we arrived at the restaurant). After we finished eating, we asked for the check and waited. And waited. And waited. We finally got the check and paid. After all this nonsense, the owner of the restaurant refused to honor our Groupon because we didn't show it to him when we walked in the door! And he was a complete jerk about it. We were there for about two hours- the worst two hours I’ve ever spent in a restaurant.

Food was excellent. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Menu selection varied and interesting. Full portions. When I mentioned it would be nice to have just a glass of Brunello, I was presented with a delicious family Brunello. This was a 40 mile round trip for us, and I will gladly make the drive again, soon, for such a refreshing and satisfying meal. A wonderful addition to the Eastside.

Celebrated our anniversary in this cozy little restaurant near Seattle. The food and atmosphere was all Italy in this family run place. We missed see dad and mom but savored their recipes and enjoyed meeting son Fernando and his lovely wife. Service is personal, portions generous and the sauces unique. For the feel of Italy without the nine hour flight and airport crowds try Snoqualmie Washington and Brunello's
