A bit older facility, it is well kept. Rooms are generous size and clean. Linens are nice, but bed was very hard. I woke up early with a back ache. Amenities are good, with coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, and 27" TV. Price is a bit stiff for the overall quality, but there are few (none?) options in the small City of Snohomish!

Needed a place for 3 days and didn't want to drive to Everett. Room had lace curtains ..small print wallpaper...no frills furniture, small frig/microwave. Room was large w/ 2 queens and all was clean. Downside was the old style 'in wall' older AC/heat unit that comes on / off and is noisy...and I could hear the people upstairs talking and the bed squeaking. The property overall is relatively quiet....met my needs.

Our experience was very much as the June 4 review. However, we were upstairs at the back, which meant that it was quiet and we had a view rather than the external walkway looking at the parking lot.

The heating/cool air unit was ok but we doubted that it could manage really hot weather, and we usually just opened the window.

The wifi did not work apart from poorly and very briefly, even though they replaced a router whilst we were there. They did not seem too bothered or apologetic and just said they had to wait for their internet engineer to come.

The young men in the reception/ accountants' office were pleasant. The older lady from the housekeeping was very friendly, cheerful and helpful.

All in all, a pleasant stay though somewhat expensive, especially as the wi fi did not work, though cost probably reflects being the only motel in town.

Room Tip: Quieter rooms are upstairs and at the back. These also have a " real" view rather than loo...

Our room was much larger than I expected with lots of space even with two bikes in it. Even though we were on the ground floor near the stairs we really didn't notice any noise - perhaps we just slept too well as the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean - the bathroom is quite basic but works well. A nice touch was that the rooms are named after local personalities and there is a story about them in the room.
The inn is a few minutes walk from the old town where there are lots of restaurants while you can just cross the street to a good breakfast restaurant. That is, if you get past the drive through expresso bar that is a few steps away in the parking lot and was good.
The wifi worked perfectly all the time for both us (others mentioned this as a problem so perhaps it has been sorted)
Of particular note, a day after we left I realized I had lost my i-phone and yes I had left it in the room The receptionist had it waiting for my call - so that was a big relief.
Overall a very pleasant stay - we would certainly stay again.

It has a friendly front desk, clean facilities, clean furniture, well kept grounds. It is not very fancy and it does not have luxury furniture, but it is a decent option when you need something in Snohomish that is not a 30 minute drive away. No complaints, it is maybe a little pricier than it should be given the utilitarian furnishings. It does have microwave, fridges, etc, in the rooms.

We were just there during the Memorial Day weekend to visit family in Snohomish. I picked this place over the stand hotel/motel chains due to it's non-chain status. The two-story motel looked as if it was once an older Travel Lodge or similar motel converted to an "inn". I think "inn" and say "b&b". Nope, just a plain motel is what it is. The office is a separate small wood-frame building. It has a nice large parking lot and a coffee hut fronted the parking lot - much better than the inn's coffee. :)

Not sure what all the rooms look like but ours was very large - carpeted, two queen beds, round table with two chairs, larger dresser and small dorm-like frig. No closet, just a small clothes hanger installed on the wall. Bathroom (not carpeted) is standard, nothing to get excited about. It's clean and all worked fine. The bath/shower and toilet were in one room and the sink counter on the other side of them. They had notes regarding hot water would need to run for several minutes before getting hot - I ran it once we arrived (we didn't have any hot water problems). It was plainly decorated, with a country cottage theme, furniture old and worn. Lots can be done to the place, maybe someday.

For a holiday weekend, the place didn't seem busy. We arrived on Saturday; on Sunday, they had a "no vacancy" sign on. We were told a film was being shot there and some extras were needing lodging - wondered what this film was. The windows were new double paned and keep the noise out - the room faced the parking lot. It also had a heater/ac/fan.

Wifi worked fine for us; always connected. Also, there was a phone, coffee maker (coffee and tea), hairdryer, bath accessories, plenty of towels, and a microwave with a popcorn bag. We were there for four nights. On our last night, we heard the people upstairs from us. The stairs were next to our room, so heard them walking up and down stairs, walking around the room, the water running in the bath, but didn't hear any music or people talking. Thank goodness!

Value - I can see knocking the price down $25. I believe they're the only motel in town, so maybe the higher room rate.
