I was in town, visiting my daughter and grandchildren. After picking up my youngest grandson from football practice, we stopped by to pick up some take-out. The store was clean, and the owner was pleasant. I was looking forward to my Kung Pau chicken when I got back home. It was probably the worst Chinese meal I have ever had. The only thing going for was that it was spicy, which I ordered. It was hard to find the chicken, and when I did, it was like eating leather. How you can make this dish dry is beyond me, but I gave an extra star to this restaurant, because they pulled off the impossible! At least the rice was what I expected. When I am back in town again, if my family wants to go out, I might just stay at home if they want to go to this place. But then again I remember my own policy, always give them a second chance. The question is whether you want to give them a first chance.
