Delightful people up in the information center. Lots of information on varieties of birds and their habitat. Took a walk through the area and enjoyed the weather, scenery and mostly shaded areas. Don't miss it!

A must see when you visit the Railroad Bridge Park...Gives you an idea of all the birds in the area. Stuffed birds galore! Nice people work there with all kinds of info about the area...

The "DRAC" (also called Railroad Bridge Park) is a well-known community center, which offers many free amenities, including wildlife and environmental lectures, field trips, birding walks, education in local schools, festivals and art shows year round. It is scenically located west of Sequim, and can be easily found by inquiring of almost any local resident or business. Spawning pink and silver salmon may viewed in the nearby Dungeness River in July through September. If you like Nature, you will return here often! I am a member of both the River Center and the local Audubon Society.

The bird mounts are extensive and very, very good. The RR Bridge Park has great views of the Dungeness River - especially when salmon are running. There were hundreds of Pink Salmon on July 27.

A must for Birders. Nicely done display of birds of the area. This is also a good place to start a walk on the Discovery Trail.
