My wife and I stayed here for four days with our two standard poodles as a base to explore this corner of Washington State. It was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and calming. We really enjoyed it. The cabin had exactly what we needed for a kitchen, the view was very nice and Sequim itself had surprising gems to discover.

I will make this cottage a yearly place to stay before or after the Lavender Festival (no crowds) or in the Fall or Spring. I loved escaping one of Seattle's 90 degree weeks. It was spotless and has a kitchen, super comfortable bed, jetted tub, kitchen, a great view, courteous, honest staff (I left my IPAD plugged in and they called to return it). Super nice people and a great location. Also, I understand that Sequim is a sun belt area, check the weather to see if you can escape the rain in your area in Sequim.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. A PLUS STAFF. Thank you ladies!

Room Tip: I loved the one bedroom cottage in the center of the property.

Stayed 3 nights due to a virus afflicting one of our party of two. Honeymoon cottage was spacious, new and well equipped with refrigerator, coffee pot, sink, and hot plate with cooking essentials (which we used for breakfast). Queen bed and a couch that folded down into a comfortable place to sleep as well. Porch provides a nice place to read and enjoy the view of Vancouver Island. Used the cottage as a base to explore Hurricane Ridge and Crescent Lake as both were within easy driving distance. Nice 15 minute drive into town for dinner and supplies. Not really a destination place but good base.

Juan De Fuca is an excellent place to stay if you’re visiting Olympic National Park. We decided to get a jump start on our long weekend and left Thursday after work. We booked our room at Juan de Fuca fairly late in the game and they were more than accommodating. It’s a very charming, private location right on the water. We even made it in time for sunset. We stayed in one of the cottages which was spacious for two people and kept very clean. The property provides a quiet and secluded getaway. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They called a few a hours before we arrived to provide directions and even accommodated our late check-in. It’s clear that they care about their guests. They provide a helpful binder highlighting local attractions, recommended restaurants, and sample itineraries for a weekend in the Olympics. We could have arrived with no plans and easily made a whole weekend using just their guide book. It was perfect! They are located 5-10 minutes from Sequim and there are lots of little country stores along the drive. A 45 minute to 1 hour drive gets you to Hurricane Ridge and Port Angeles is on the way so you can stop for coffee and breakfast before you head out. I highly recommend Juan De Fuca cottages.

We chose to stay here for our 35th Wedding Anniversary and we weren't disappointed. Our cottage was beautifully decorated, welcoming, clean, peaceful and quiet! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom with the incredible skylight and two person tub was amazing. The staff was friendly, and the views surrounding the cottage were simply beautiful. We will recommend this place and definitely stay again!
