I had a layover with 5 of my friends from a fishing trip to Alaska and I choose the Hampton Inn and Suites on 28th Ave. We arrived at 11:30 pm and they were there to pick us up with a smiling face and drive us the 2-3 minutes to the Hotel. Check in was a breeze and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding. Check out was easy. I would recommend this hotel to travelers and families.

The staff was very attentive especially getting us to the Rail Link and to Sea-Tac. The close proximity of the diner was an added bonus with really good dining. The hotel was quiet and restful. I'm sure I have written 200 characters by now. Please post.

Being so close to the Lightrail station, it has been a plus for all of our guests to make the trip into Seattle. It sounds like you took advantage of the Rail.

Shuttle took a while to pick us up and drop us off. Other than that this place was great. 24 hour fitness center and people that smiled all the time. Asked for 2 rooms next to each other and they had the key cards done and waiting for us on arrival. Beds comfy. Great stay.

My apologies for the wait on the shuttle. Going into the Airport usually takes us 10-15 minutes even though it only takes 5 to come out. With all the free shuttles to local area restaurants, sometimes they get busy and guest have to wait. I apologize for that. Hopefully you didn't have to wait too long.

Seattle was our last city of our 3 weeks roadtrip which started in Las Vegas. And this place was the best! At check in i was recognized as a HHonors member and was given a room on the 5th floor as i prefer to stay on high floors. Got excellent information at the reception about what to do in area, where to eat and shuttle service. Which was great. We used the shuttle to be dropped of and picked up at the Link Light Rail station at SeaTac. When we returned from Seattle, one phonecall to the hotel and 10 minutes later we where already on our way to the hotel.

Room was spotless clean! Same for bathroom. Airconditioning worked perfectly and quietly. Breakfast area was big enough and choice of food was good. And all available till 10 am.

You can park your car below in a closed lot. 3 elevators so never to wait longer then 2 minutes for a ride.

We only used our car twice to go to the big Westfield Mall in Tukwila and finally to drop it of at the car rental station at SeaTac.

Again we could not have ended our holiday better then staying at this hotel. Would def stay here again in future. Unfortunatly i could not thank Alexandra in person as she was off when we left last saturdaymorning but she was awesome! Thanks for your help and kindness!

We booked this with hotwire and were very pleasantly surprised. We used their shuttle to pick us up at the airport for a overnight layout. Had a long wait for the shuttle. The hotel has free parking, A nice breakfast and coffee available 24/7. The front desk supervisor (Alexandra) was very professional and a great help. Our room was very comfortable. Will definitely book again, if needing a hotel near SeaTac Airport. Highly Recommend.

Room Tip: Their van will drop you off and pick you up at local restaurants and light link rail.
