The hotel - as you walk through - isn't your rectangular Hampton. It's more oval like. In the hallways, you'd think you're in a Hilton. The gym is very nice - lots of equpiment. the feel is nice.

The internet works well.

You only know it's a Hampton because of the free breakfast...and signs.

There's another Hampton two blocks away which is odd. I inadvertantly went there. This is much nicer. Come to this one.

Parking is limited outside but they have a garage underneath.

The blonde at the front desk - wow, she is beautiful - i mean seriously beautiful. Great hire there. The Halloween costume is an added bonus.

Just a great place.

I'm sorry you ended up at the Hampton Inn down the street. People ask us why there are two Hampton Inns at the Airport. The one down the street is the Hampton Inn and we are the Hampton Inn & Suites. We open new June 2012. Sorry for the confusion. Thank you for all your great comments on your posting.

What a nice surprise when I checked into the new Hampton Inn and Suites by SeaTac Airport. The room I was in was like a brand new Hyatt Place Hotel room.Airport shuttle service was very good. The only worry I have with the hotel is that they have the Onity locks that have been featured on ABC news in regards to security breaches on this brand of locks. If you stay at the hotel make sure your valuables are stored in a safe place. I do not remember the rooms have in room safes! Outstanding work area with large flat screen TV.

Room Tip: Room away from elevator area or ice/vending machines.

Thank you so much for the comparison to the Hyatt Place. Also for your great comments. You are correct in that we do have Onity locks. We are aware that this serious issue is affecting the entire hote industry. Your safety and security is our highest priority and we are working with Onity to address this issue. Since we are a brand new hotel, we have the newest version of their locks and does not require any additional add on to the locks. We have implemented the fix provided by Onity, but always recommend to take safety precautions by using all locks to secure your room. Again, thank you for your comments.

Booked a 2 queen suite over 8 weeks in advance, on the first of September, for a 1 night stay. Checked in and was told no 2 bed suites available. If you want to beds I can put you in a standard room. No reduction in room rates, no other solution such as perhaps 2 suites. The room is nice enough but not amused. Would not have booked two months ahead and perhaps would have booked elsewhere. Very disappointing.

We enjoyed our two nights stay at this fairly new hotel.
Very spacious room and excellent breakfast.
Staff were very friendly and provided good advice on where to go for dinner.
The hotel also provides a good base to explore nearby attractions in Seattle.

Room Tip: We were alllocated the room per our request, i.e., high floor and away from elevator.

This hotel was fantastic! Check-in was quick and staff was welcoming and friendly. Nice large, open lobby/breakfast area. Room (and bathroom) were clean and large and very nicely decorated. Beds and pillows were fantastic! Nice large hallways with windows on other side(rather than another room). The complimentary breakfast was very good. We used the shuttle twice, and both times, had excellent service with a smile. I have nothing but good to say about this hotel! Definitely will stay again if in the area! The only thing that would be exceptional, is if they added a hot tub (there is room in the pool area). I like to unwind after an exhausting day in a hot tub, but it was still amazing. Please keep up the good work!
