“Similar to my first apartment (eww)”

First of all they put us in a 2 double bed room, and we requested a 1 king room. That first room stunk, and had a nasty "kitchenette". The second room is better, the furniture is old, ragged, the walls dirty/stained, there is absolutely no "fire escape" or emergency details on our door even.

The couch is tucked beside the tv in such a way that you can't watch TV from the bed (OR the couch) in a normal position.

We didn't pay rock bottom prices for this room, so I'd expect more - there isn't even paper or pens in here to write on, no instructions for the (crappy) wifi, only a softcover novel that someone left in the room.....

If you're looking for a bed, then great it's got it, but for a holiday, not turning out to be the best!

This hotel is a good value for park and fly or cruise in that it provides transportation to and from as well as parking with a one night hotel stay essentially thrown into the deal at no apparent additional cost. However, be aware of what you're booking: the hotel is decorated--if you can call it that--like the basement studio you would expect in your friend's grandparents old house. Worse than decor was the mildewy, old house/building, smell which permeated our clothes throughout our one-week cruise after just one night's stay. To make matters worse, we were transported to the cruise in a van which only smelled worse than the hotel room and which ended up a prolonged ride with no a/c due to a traffic accident at the cruise port junction. However, the staff was cordial and the van ride back from the cruise was far more pleasant and took place in a cleaner and newer vehicle. For the price, this could be the place you're looking for; just know what you're booking.

Needed a room near SeaTac , and had not reserved anything, so basically 'got stuck' with a stay at Sutton Suites. Was not looking forward to it as I'd read the reviews, so was not surprised that, when we arrived fairly late in the evening, there was a bit of an uneasy feeling, with two men at the front desk who were speaking in a foreign language and who did not look at me as I checked in ( I am female). The hall to our room was dark. The door keycards did not work, so my husband ran back to get new ones. The room was dark, with few lighting options. All that being said, we found the bed to be extremely comfortable, the room and linens spotlessly clean, nice pillows, plenty of space with a large kitchen and dining area, all spotlessly clean. The morning breakfast was fine - - cereals, juices, waffles, toast, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, milk - - nothing fancy, but very adequate, and in a clean room which overlooked pretty flower beds. It would not be my first choice for another overnight stay at Seatac, but it was nicer than I'd expected after reading others' reviews.

Room Tip: I heard some rooms have undergone renovation - - ours was clean, with comfy beds, but the decor was...

Stayed here before going on a cruise to utilize the park & shuttle service. The room was FRIGHTFUL/DISGUSTING and the pictures on the Sutton Suites' internet site are totally deceiving!!

We stayed at this hotel before and after our cruise. 6/2012 The shuttle service was excellent for all our rides to/from airport, rail, and grocery store and they went above and beyond to brng us anywhere we wanted to go. Staff was friendly. The rooms were large.

Hotel itself is run down, dingy. A few improvements have been made, but they have a long way to go. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a kitchenette. Sheets didn't seem all that fresh the first night, the bathroom sink didn't drain. The smell in the hall was horrible - smelled like curry cooking. The kitchenette was disgusting. The appliances were ok, but the cabinets are old worn plywood with missing drawer bottoms. I would not want to put my food in there. One old pot and one serving utensil. Plates, cups and silverware for two people were set out on the table. Remote only worked for the channel of the TV, on/off and volume did not work.

There is no elevator. They do have security cameras at the front desk, but I would not have felt at all safe staying there by myself. The windows didn't seem secure and the hallways dark and creepy.

Breakfast was decent - waffles, cereal and toast, with hard boiled eggs, coffee and juice. Nothing fancy, paper plates. Tables were sticky with syrup.

Overall it served the purpose, but I would not recommend it to anyone unless the new owners do a lot of upgrading. They were working on cleaning the grounds when we were there as it was very overgrown.
Could be a nice place if they put enough into it.

Room Tip: The upstairs building smelled like curry cooking and our room had cars parked on the level above rig...

I would recommend to my friends and family .Even they are best in park sleep and cruise .our trip was to cruise and they were their to pick us from port when we got off and took us back to hotel to get our car.Front desk is always ready to help you with smile.

Room Tip: the rooms are spacious .cannot complain for small rooms

The room was large. That's the best I can say about this place. It was dirty and dank, but we were staying one night before we flew out, so we didn't need anything fancy. Our flight left at 6AM. That was when we noticed that they had kept my husband's license the night before. We called and they said it was sitting right in front of them. We had contact with them 3 times during our stay, and they never mentioned the license. It was too late to try and have it delivered to the airport (which I doubted they would do anyway.) We asked to have it mailed. They said they would. Five days later, the license is not here. My husband called today and they said it's still sitting on their counter. We're considering filing a police report. There's dirty and dismal, and then there is criminal. I'm all for finding a deal, but these people are not honest or professional. Don't stay there unless you're willing to risk your personal property.
