“Good place and nice room with blankets”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 21, 2009

The room was very nice and blankets were very nice. There was a spare blanket in the room cool. Also shuttle schedule with Nelson Shuttle Service at [--] was excellent. I used the spare blanket very clean for a Best Western 5 stars on clean rooms. Also a very good cleaning staff in are room. One suggest is wish they would put two spare Blankets in the rooms someday. Since the room had two queen beds. The indoor pool was great with Hot tub. Also staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, had to verify with celebrity what pier for Nelson Shuttle service since Best Western wrote down the wrong pier information from pier 91 to Pier 66. I am glad i change this information since Best Western wrote down the wrong pier information for the driver. Other than that a good place to stay from the Airport Seattle. I would stay there again. Nice food near by too.

The room we stayed in was functional but rather small and had a very strong deodrant smell to it. I would not recommend staying here if you have allergies. The hotel is close by the airport and convenient when you need to stay over night and fly. There is a nice computer room where you can print your boarding passes etc. There is no fast food or convenience stores located anywhere near the hotel. The hotel does have its own restaurant prices not that bad. They do have a great breakfast with cereal, muffins, waffels and baking powder biscuits and gravy and its all very clean and orderly.

Stayed for the 3rd time. Great if you are wanting to stay and park and then head out to another location. They take you to the airport and then pick you up when you come back. So far no problems with the car while sitting there. Breakfast is included, which is ok.
Staff friendly.

We stayed at this hotel since we had an early morning flight out of Sea-Tac airport. It's a very basic hotel, but we were able to get a room over night and park our car for a week for $120. The shuttle to and from the airport was on time and their free continental breakfast was awesome with waffles, bagels, cereal, etc. After the trip we got back to our car and it was just as we left it.

I called a couple times before we checked in to get info on the airport shuttle pick up. Lisa was very helpful & even called me back to help us arrange transportation to the cruise terminal. Check in went smoothly - nice clean rooms. When we inquired about restaurants in the area, they offered to drive us to a local place (Sharp's Roaster & Ale House) for dinner & just call them to pick us up when we were done. Dinner was great, a bit pricey - but you got plenty to eat. We arranged (in advance) for transport to the cruise terminal. We were a party of 5 with ALOT of luggage. Driver arrived in a large SUV which was great. HOWEVER, we were charged $75 ($80 including the tip) to go about 15 miles. I don't remember the name of the service - we used another company when our cruise came back to Seattle port. Anyway...we reserved 2 more rooms for our return from the cruise. They allowed us to check in early (10:15 .m.) which was greatly appreciated. We took Orange Cab Co from the cruise terminal to the hotel & paid only $50 (including the tip). SO...lesson learned on outside transportation! We had the whole day to sight-see, but no rental car. The hotel courtesy shuttle drove us the the light rail terminal so we could catch the train in to downtown ($2.50 per person/each way). Hey, it's ALOT cheaper than a rental car & no hassles with traffic :)
Breakfast the next morning was good enough (waffles, biscuits, yogurt, cereal, etc...) - although VERY busy. I would say that all in all, we have no complaints about this hotel. The rooms were clean, showers had good pressure & plenty of hot water, free business center w/3 computers on the 3rd floor, and I didn't notice much "airport" noise (if you have super-sonic hearing, you might be bothered).

This is an old, very average hotel. The only positive about this hotel is that it's minutes from the airport and has a complimentary shuttle. This was the reason we booked this hotel since we had a 6AM flight. However, there is nothing around the hotel and it's 25-30 minutes from downtown Seattle. You need to call the cab from the hotel, and the ride one-way will cost around $45. We took a bus a few times, but it takes an hour to get to Seattle. Do not recommend!

All, if not most of the hotels along the International Blvd. strip cater to those who are going to catch a flight or have just arrived from elsewhere, so they are "one night stays". The breakfast was free, although nothing fancy. They run constant shuttle service to the airport which is what you are looking for. Staff is indifferent, but basically efficient.
This hotel has several wings which tend to be a confusing layout and I believe there is only one elevator. Good value for the purpose intended.
