The service was superb.
The room was perfect. It was very clean and spacious.
The location of the room was excellent.
The amenities were conveniently located, providing all our needs.
We liked everything, and nothing was lacking.

We stayed here on our return home from Hawaii. The hotel is convenient to Sea Tac, has a free shuttle service. Fortunately we were with my sister-in-law and her partner who live in Seattle, otherwise we wouldn't have known how to find the shuttle. The rooms are quite large with tasteful furniture. There are some caveats. The lighting is insufficient, it is hard to find the light switch when walking into a dark room. The bathrooms have been remodeled and are handicapped accessible. The lighting in the bathroom is dim and the towel racks are inconvenient. The room has an alcove for hanging clothes, has no closet door. It makes an otherwise nice room look cheap.

Please accept our sincerest apology for the inconvenience you experienced with the level of lighting in our guest room as well as the towel racks while staying at our property. I will personally look into these items and propose a fix. You’re concern about the closet is appreciated and will be addressed along with the door. This is the first time we have used this hotel - we chose it for the 'Park and Fly' package. It was totally pleasant and wonderful! We spent the night before our flight in a beautifully furnished room -- huge size room and extremely comfortable - almost like being at home! We parked our car with the 'Park and Fly' people and when we arrived back in Seattle 6 days later, gave a call to them from courtesy phone at airport, rode shuttle to the hotel and there was our vehicle w/trunk open waiting for our baggage! Absolutely the best experience of the whole trip! Thank you.

You can't beat the convenience of this hotel for getting to the airport! I had the same issue as previous reviewers with the noise level, I could clearly hear everything in the next room. It was a family with kids and they weren't being overly noisy but you can still hear everything. The doors are also very noisy opening and shutting all down the hall. My biggest problem was with the bathroom. I got in late and was looking forward to a nice hot bath before bed. There was hair in the tub and the drain did not plug properly. I attempted to call down to the front desk multiple times and was hung up on three times before someone answered the phone. They sent an engineer up to fix the drain quickly but by then I had to go get some sleep, so no hot bath for me. The front desk staff was very helpful but a bit flustered. Love the shuttle service to the airport. Bed was comfortable and the room is spacious. What I really am missing is a continental breakfast. Would be so great to have a grab and go breakfast before heading to the airport. They have a breakfast buffet but you have to go to the adjoining restaurant and pay 8 bucks. Disappointing for a Red Lion, was expecting more amenities.

This is a clean hotel and the beds are really confortable BUT my entire family didn't get a wink of sleep due to loud sounds (like loose tin flapping around on the roof) and paper thin walls. I don't think our neighbors were any louder than most but we could hear every word/action they made. Since we had to catch a 6am flight we were really counting on a good nights sleep. I'll try another hotel the next time we fly from Seattle.

Ancient beds. Thread bare sheets. 20 year old pillow. Musty smell. My husband and daughter were itching all over after a one night stay. Spacious rooms. Neighbors blasted tv till early am. Convenient to airport. Masterpark is onsite. Staff was polite for the most part. They do get inpatient if you ask too many questions.

It was my friends first time every visiting the seattle area and so we had her stay at the Red Lion hotel near the airport. We didn't want her to get to far from her leaving port. We have family that says with the Red Lion quit frequently and love the location. We she arrived at the hotel she was dying for fresh seafood and couldn't check in right away so the girl at the desk had a GREAT recommendation of Salty's restaurant down on the waterfront. She also recommended that we seat out on the desk to take in the view and the "enjoy our lunch". It was a great recommendation! The next day she helped us with finding a tour of the sound and hind on what to do the rest of the time we where in seattle. Brandy at the front desk my friend feel "welcomed" to seattle and the rest of the staff was very welcoming as well.
