“I missed the fridge and microwave”
Reviewed July 10, 2012

Nicely decorated and classy for the neighborhood. The pool and workout facilities also nice. I took a walk around the area and was glad I had someone with me - even in the day time.

I was a bit disappointed with this Hilton - I'm used to business travel and most of the Hilton family hotels have free wi-fi, parking, and breakfast. This place had none of those freebies, but the price was pretty okay.

The free shuttle to the airport runs every 20 minutes, around the clock. Very beneficial. The concierge and front desk personnel are knowledgeable and friendly.

There's a tram station right up the block that runs through the city, including SafeCo and Qwest Field. Caught a Mariners game and spent $11 on travel to/from. Not bad!

The bell/valet staff and the wait and bar staff are exceptional and know their regulars at the Hilton Airport Seattle, Washington. Love them all. These guys make the stay for me a regular business traveler between car service, airport shuttle, sending a FedEx box or packaging supplies or a quick or leisurely breakfast or late night salad/drink. That's the service you need and get above and beyond at this hotel. THANK YOU.

Very pricey but without amenities or service to back it up. Ridiculous that Internet is an addional 9.95. The shuttle only runs to the airport and will not drop you off within a 5 mile radious. A candy bar at the gift shop was 2.99. Pay parking. No free coffee at the front desk. Two Bloody Mary drinks was $25! Long walks to get anywhere and convenient to nothing so they hold you hostage. Standard, comfy Hilton rooms which is why I usually choose Hilton but I will not stay here again. Definitely for the expense account set.....not a traveling family.

I was expecting a substandard stay at this airport location Hilton, however, I was pleasantly surprised by a wonderful property with great rooms, excellent decor and a fantastic restaurant. I believe the owners of this property have put in significant monies into the hotel and it sure shows throughout. Great staff and I would certainly stay at this location again if given the opportunity.

I have no negatives to report, only positives from every aspect of the hotel. Well done to staff and management.

First time I've checked into a Hilton property since losing my "elite" status earlier this year. Assumed it would be an average experience. Wow was I wrong, but in a good way! At check in William Strickland could teach other Hilton associates about aggressive hospitality. He was brilliant and beyond hospitable. At the restaurant, it was the same. The pool is AMAZING for Seattle and summer. Outdoor and heated. Damn! If and when I return to Seattle, it will be the Hilton at the airport. Just as an aside, the hotel is across the street from the light rail terminus. With all the HORRIBLE TRAFFIC IN SEATTLE, the hotel is 15 minutes from anyway downtown Seattle or south. You can't go ANYWHERE in Seattle in 15 minutes in a car. Food for thought! Reconsidering giving Hilton my business back in the future. If I do, IT WILL BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE AND THIS HOTEL!

We had planned to stay at this hotel the night before our international flight home. Our plans changed, and we wanted to stay an additional night. We have now discovered that. When you use an on-line reservation service, you can't just get an additional night, especially not at the same price! So, we stayed at a not as fancy hotel across the street for less.So I can now compare the older hotel with the newer HIlton.
Either had a fridge in the room, but at least the older hotel tried very hard to get us a room with one.At the Hilton, they wanted $15 a night for one
The older hotel had FREE Internet ,the Hilton wanted $5 a day, free in the lobby
The room was on a busy highway, I had to use my earplugs.the older hotel was quieter even though it was just across the street.
the older hotel had FREE parking....the Hilton ,you guessed it...$20 bucks. A night!
When we complained about the lack of services and what we got across the street, we were told it was because the Hilton is a 'Full service' Hotel.....you just have to pay extra for every single service!
The best part of the hotel was the pool, very hot even though it was outside.I would recommend the older hotel across the street before this one.Lighten up Hilton, throw your non gold and silver members a bone!
