Description: Welcome to the legendary Brick Saloon, Washington’s oldest continuously operating bar, established in 1889. From our famous 100 year old bar showcasing the original 23’ running water spittoon, to our basement jail cell, colorful coal mining history, tasty pub fare, and live music every Friday and Saturday night, The Brick is sure to be your favorite roadhouse stop! We are a family friendly restaurant. Minors are welcomed in our family dining area daily until 9pm (when our kitchen closes). The bar area is 21+ and also is part of our restaurant. Live music is provided every Friday and Saturday night. Hope you stop in to see us and enjoy a bit of history in our wonderful little town of Roslyn!

As a "Northern Exposure" fan I knew that when we visited my daughter in Cle Elum for Christmas that a beer at the "Brick" had to be on our "to do list"....and I'm so glad we did. What a great , friendly place. My daughter and husband had a beer at the bar while I had some awesome chicken nachos with my son-in-law and grandson. The atmosphere...the pot belly stove, spittoon, beautiful bar, was just what I had hoped it would be. Great job guys!

Historical tavern-one of - if not the oldest in Washington State with a spitoon running the length of the bar. Great food, spirits and service.

What a fun, historic restaurant. Awesome atmosphere. Loved being able to warm by the stove on a chilly November day. The spitoon trough with running water at the bar is a hoot! To top it off...the food is great!

Cannot rate the food. We went in for lunch, ordered, and waited nearly an hour for our food. We were repeatedly told it was on the way, at one point that the burgers were frozen, but it never came. Other tables who came after were served. When it was finally determined that our order had been lost, we left.

we had a firm party here, they treated us well - great food, great entertainment (a little loud), and lots of things to do (pool, shuffleboard, dancing, and just time together to get to know one another). Great fun!
