Made a reservation for a discounted amount for a local basketball tournament.
They quoted the discounted amount on the phone when making the reservation and also when signing for the room, during check in...when checking out they tried to charge a HIGHER rate( of almost $50 more) to my credit card and didn't want to honor the original discounted amount, even after showing proof of the check in form with signature and amount. It was embarrassing to both my wife and I to have to debate this matter in front of a lobby full of other guests. They reinstated my credit card but failed to do the same for others who were in our team's party. ALSO, they say the breakfast is served till 11:00 a.m. which is far from the truth because they put the food away at 10:30 and when trying to ask for condiments for breakfast items, the employee had a language barrier and couldn't understand the request. TERRIBLE location for cell phone coverage too.

We were travelling from Vancouver to Portland on a very leisurely car ride. We enjoy staying at casino related properties and Eagle's Landing fit the bill. Located across the road from the Lucky Eagle Casino the hotel was a nicely appointed spot. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the even offered a little deal on the casino rooms in the hotel. We didn't go swimming or use the hot tub, but they looked appealing.
Breakfast was average - waffles, cereals, danish, some eggs and such. I enjoyed it. We would definately stay there again. It would be nice to spend some time in the area instead of racing down I-5.

Room Tip: Make sure no team is staying at the hotel

We spent a night at Eagle's Landing over Labor Day Weekend with a friend who had stayed there quite a few times before. Even she was disappointed. There were gouges in the wall throughout the room; there was no book in the room showing who to call for what services (as is usually found in every hotel room); there was no stopper in the bathroom sink and you couldn't stop the water in the tub either so - no bath - only a shower; and we were kept awake most of the night by a very noisy party that was finally shut down by security at about 3:00 a.m.

We stayed at the Eagles Landing Hotel for the Seattle to Portland Bike Ride. All other hotels in the area were booked; and we got a 2 Queen room to share for $115 (with free preferred player card discount).
Hotel was in good shape but starting to show some wear, mostly in the pool area (cracked/repaired tiles; chemical residue). There were available non-smoking rooms, but the halls still smelled of smoke. Native american artwork, nice lobby.
Check-in staff were not overly friendly or accommodating. I asked for conditioner (they don't have any) and more towels to be brought up (housekeeping staff go home after 3pm so you have to go to the lobby yourself to get supplies).
Room was nice, average size. Air conditioner was one of the quieter ones I heard. We were on the parking lot side though, and there were several motor homes and semis parked which I could hear running at night. Room has granite counters, sink separate from shower/toilet. No fan though.
Micro/mini fridge/sink was nice.
Continental breakfast in morning included hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and pastries. Average - eggs were awful so no protein choices really.
We ate dinner at the casino buffet - $20/person all you can eat included King Crab legs and prime rib. Good value.
Wireless internet in room was spotty - kept losing signal.
This hotel is exit 88 and about 10-12 miles off of freeway exit.

We chose to meet family half way for a weekend get together and some fun. We could not have had a better place. The rooms are large and well appointed for the rating. The casino was bright and open with up to date machines. We ate in two of the restaurants and were very pleased with the quality of food as well as service. The setting is very much out of the way with beautiful woods all around. Just one draw back, the check out time is very firm at 11:00 am. When you've been gambling until wee hours of the morning, it's a struggle/rush to get out in time.

Picked this hotel as it is the only one close to family who lives in Rochester. The room was good sized and clean. Did like the counter with coffeemaker, fridge, microwave, sink. It was quiet for being a Saturday nite attached to a casino.

We also had the family dinner in the steakhouse at the casino and it was good. The food was good, the service impeccable and they did everything possible to make it a success from seating us early so we could surprise the guest of honor to putting the special dessert we brought in the fridge and serving it later.

Inside Tip - go get your players card at the casino and get a few dollars off the price of your room.

Very nice and clean hotel. We had a King wheelchair accessible room which was quite large and plenty of room for a wheelchair to get around. Our twins stayed in another room with their grandparents, which was also very nice and roomy. Loved having the fridge & microwaves in the room. We spent a lot of time at the pool which the kids loved. The drain was plugged around the pool so there was some water on the tile. It was nice to be able to walk over to the casino where we had a nice dinner at the buffet. Hot breakfast and plenty to fill you up. We had a wonderful time and will be back in July for a family reunion.
