“Fabulous meat, good wine, entertainment”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

The winery has expanded it's menu and really is quite a restaurant now. The meat they serve is fabulous quality...Wagyu beef! Love the stuffed dates. The wine, of course, is delightful. It is a bit spendy, but good enough to bring me in anyway. Live music on Wed through Saturday nights.

“Boutique winery”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

It was our first stop on this lane during Halloween. We decided to just have the wine tasting for two. Their wines tend to be on the drier side but the dessert wine is divine!!! It's $30 a pop and one wine tasting fee will be waived if you decide to purchase one.

“World Class Food, Wine, Jazz in Richland !!!”
Reviewed October 14, 2012

If Bookwalter were in San Fran, Chicago or even Seattle it would cost 3 times more than it does!
This place is a Fantastic Value. Dinner for two offers wonderful Washington wines bottles for as little as $20.00 for dinner. Snake River Farms Organic Wagyu Rib Eyes, New Your Stips or Fillets for $25.00! Steaks like this easily cost $50.00 or more elsewhere. Wine is tripple and there's a cover charge just to get in.

This place is great and you can bring the kids too. Daytime or night, but be prepared to wait for a table. The again who cares? Buy a bottle, listen to the music and tour the beautful grounds or wine making facility while your waiting.

We arrived at 8pm on a Saturday after a soccer game. Started by sharing a fresh organic salad. My daughter had the squid died pasta in Alfredo Crab sauce, she loved it! We had the steaks with the Truffle side. We were happy, happy, happy!!! A look forward to rerutning.

“Behind the Scenes Joy”
Reviewed September 22, 2012

Let's face it, the wine is reaching for the stars, and the price is following, but the ability to join in the grape sorting crew, and to have a tour behind the scenes by the crew leader, that's special, especially by a crew leader who obviously loves his grapes as much as this guy. You will be charmed. Be aware of the $10 tasting fee. Stay and play bocce in the sun.

“Okay!!”

Drank their chardonay before we discovered Bernard Griffin!!! They have a very nice patio area....it's especially fine in the evening coolness with a glass of slightly chilled wine.
