This isn't my first preference in the RTC area, but it is still a great hotel. I particularly enjoy the free breakfast in the morning. There are many decent restaurants within reasonable distance. No complaints.

Great accommodation in Redmond towncenter; rooms are solid, clean and appropriately equipped (frig, microwave oven). Typical rates seems to include breakfast - which is a USP on its own in the Redmond area - and it’s btw. comprehensive and delicious. The gym is not as big but also solid equipped. Personal recommendation: ask for a bicycle and explore Marymoor park and the lake.

Recently stayed here. Normally, this is my go-to location. Nearby restaurants and shopping combined with good staff and comfy beds. This trip was a little different. First, the place was dang near sold out. Barely got a room (no Kings were available). Such is life though.

But after checking in, housekeeping came by and tried to explain something, but had a tough time communicating what she wanted, then she tried to walk past me into my room. It was some spare bedding she wanted to put in the closet. I stopped her, and then she provided the bedding to me. Just plain strange.

Other things amiss: the shower head had that pink stuff that grows in showers. It was also on the outer curtain down low. Daily housekeeping was a bit strange in that I left my coffee cups out to be taken away, but they weren't picked up. Usually, those are gone by the time I'm back. No harm, no foul. But unusual.

Breakfast was well stocked as usual, so I was glad for that. Also the bar's menu seems to have increased. The bartender was friendly and helpful as usual. Bed and linens were soft and comfortable. As usual, I appreciate the free parking, free wifi.

Room Tip: higher rooms and king suites are the way to go. There are a couple suites with some direct views of...

I am currently at the end of my stay at the Hyatt house. Every aspect of my stay has been amazing. The room is incredibly spacious, lovely, and clean. The people have all been delightfully kind, helpful, and accommodating. Tonight is my last evening staying here, and I wish I could stay longer. Breakfast is delicious, the receptionists and bartender bend over backwards to make live easier. I appreciate the comforts, the effort at being environmentally responsible, the friendliness of everyone from housekeeping to the managers, and the modern, thoughtful decor. Stay here. Really.

Recently stayed at the Hyatt House Redmond. This was my fist experience at Hyatt House and I was very impressed. Our room felt more like an apartment with a small (but full) kitchen, a sitting area and large bathroom. Our room had several large windows which let in quite a bit of light. The pool and jacuzzi stay open until 11, much better than the usual 9 or 10pm closing of other hotels' pools. Parking was complimentary in a covered garage, something you won't find in Seattle hotels.

What really set Hyatt House apart from anything else was the breakfast. There was a staff member there custom-making omelets for guests and they were delicious. A student from a local culinary school was overseeing the rest of the offerings and she was very attentive, frequently refilling items. Hands-down this was the best complimentary hotel breakfast I've ever eaten.

As others have said, this hotel is at least 20 mins from downtown Seattle via the 520 toll bridge. A little further over the free I-90 bridge. If you're from out of town do try and avoid the 520 bridge. WSDOT will mail you your toll bill and tack on $1.50 for each crossing if you don't have their windshield sticker. At peak times it can cost upward of $5 to cross the bridge one-way!

We stayed here in September and we planned to visit Seattle and Bellevue. The hotel has a very warm ambience, small hotel but lovely and quiet.

The good
The value is great, free breakfast, wifi and parking! We contemplated staying in downtown in Seattle instead but this was a great deal so driving a bit further is ok. Close to Bellevue which includes a great mall, Bellevue square lots of shopping and restaurants. Redmond itself is small there is a mall but we didn't go and there are restaurants nearby. We tended to just go to Seattle then come back at night. Parking is great as well, free underground parking was a plus!

Breakfast was good pretty basic but I'd recommend going early, preferably before 9! They do restock the food but not everything. They had the basics like eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, etc and also an omelette station. Omelet did take awhile to make since there was a lineup. However can't complain too much about the breakfast since it was complimentary!

Room was really clean and modern! It wasn't a huge room but for the two of us it was great. As long as its clean I'm happy! We only stayed one night and all in all it was great!

The bad
Location is a bit out of the way if you plan to go to downtown Seattle, about 20 mins drive. I think that would be one of the downsides of this hotel. Otherwise it's great value and includes great complimentary services like parking, wifi and breakfast.

One thing to note is the location was a bit hard to find! We aren't familiar with the Redmond area so we got a bit lost trying to find it since the location was a bit secluded! Our gps was not able to find for some reason.

Overall I'd give the hotel a good rating. I think it'd be a good place for families to stay since it's quiet and includes free breakfast!

Even though it is a little further than a lot of things, this hotel was a great value! The rooms were very well priced, and free parking with free WiFi which saved us a lot of money. The customer service was great from the beginning to the end, and a bonus of complementary breakfast, which we missed out on but I'm sure that it was excellent. Lots of small restaurants and shops around there including target and walmart. I would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Studio Kitchen was nicely spaced out, with a full kitchen!
