We had breakfast here and it wasn't too expensive. Dinner menu looked extremely expensive. We did get some pizza from the bar area. That was very good.

As part of the beautiful Quinault Lodge this was one of the best places that we ate. I would recommend the Roosevelt pot roast with some local wine. I loved that it overlooked the lake and had humming bird feeder by the windows for guests to watch the birds while we ate.

Stopped on way to Hoh Rain Forest National Park. Lunch menu is average cafe food- Sandwiches and salads. Had American Burger and Portobello burger. Sides were fries or chips. Nothing special but edible. Pricey for what you get foodwise but you are paying for the atmosphere and view of the Lake. Comfortable and good service. Did not eat breakfast or dinner there. Overheard most of Lodge guests in waiting area talking about going to the Salmon House Restaurant up the street. I'll have to try it next time.

It’s hard to believe the reviews of the food at this place. Frankly it was terrible. Ate there two nights until we discovered salmon house up the road (100 times better). Has roast chicken the first night, over cooked would be a compliment. New York strip steak the second night, steak was fine but the mash and veg were swimming in oil (was this the gravy?). My wife has penne on the first night which was a bowl of goo and stodgy. Second night fish and chips. The fish was in soggy batter. Only plus point was the ice cream.
I’ve eaten in the National Parks many times and this was the worst by far. To add insult to injury it was expensive, which on one level is fine if the good is of high quality. I wish I had sent the food back, but sadly didn’t. Come on Quinault Lodge you can surely do better.

We ate here twice--for dinner and again for breakfast. For dinner we enjoyed broiled salmon and duck breast. The salmon was good and tasty (but not as good as the Salmon House down the street). It was served on black rice and had fresh veggies on the plate. The duck was outstanding, in a light honey-based sauce with candied walnuts and dried cherries. It was tender, moist and delicious!

At breakfast we had an omelette and the Quinault Scramble. Both were well-prepared and tasty, and a lot of food.

Service was fast, courteous and friendly both times. Prices were high, but this was essentially a hotel dining room, so that's to be expected. The only minor problem was with special requests on the salmon (no rice) and omelette (no potatoes). Both times, the plates arrived with those items on the plate. The server quickly realized the mistake and it was corrected.
