Both the service and the food has gone downhill. The pastas don't taste as good as they did last year. Lasagna isn't offered as often. The buffet is only open a couple of days of the week.
The pizza selections on the buffet have had less toppings and are more ho hum now. The service is slow and not very attentive. Even at the door there is many times no one to greet you when you walk in, you have to wait for a gal to walk back to the front. However, it is not as busy now and you can get a seat without a wait now, I guess to some that would be a plus.

I was able to order a white pizza, 4 cheeses, and it was the best. The waitress was friendly and helpful. Beer choices are plentiful.

This is a great spot for adults and kids. The theme of the place is classic rock music. Even the pizza names are rock and roll legends. The pizza choices are vast. Try "bad to the bone", one of my favorites.

The Rock was one of our favorite places to take our son for a treat and it was a good time for the adults also. We were told by staff on a previous visit that the location was soon to be operated as a corporate site rather than a franchise and that six of the staff were going to lose their jobs. The staff reduction was evident when it took over 10 minutes to be seated during what appeared to be a very slow time (many empty tables). It also took a long time for food and drinks to arrive. The servers did their best but their simply wasn't enough for the number of guests. I don't think we will continue to be regulars if they continue to operate understaffed. The food, however was good.
