“Denny's is Denny's”
Reviewed December 20, 2012

But in this Denny's a gruff and somewhat bored older guy was grooving in some new college-age workers and a bit sarcastically at that. The food was just Denny's food. I had some fish with broccoli which was fine, and I liked my slice of pecan pie. But the food is nothing special.

“The pits”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

Denny's is what it is, so I wasn't expecting the ritz but neither did we expect soggy undercooked grilled sandwiches in a nearly empty restaurant. Basically, the cook can't cook and neither the manager nor the wait staff give a damn. Go anywhere but here!

“Denny's In Pullman, Wa”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

I visited this place called "Denny's" In Pullman, Wa. This place is a hell-hole. The owner is cantankerous and does not respect his employees at all. The food is sub-par, an employee informed me that it runs out frequently, also that the equipment breaks frequently as well and the owner is too cheap to fix it promptly. The way the place is set up is fine, everything can be covered with a decent amount of servers. Although since there are a max of 6 servers on at any time, I asked, usually on a Saturday or Sunday, it is still extremely difficult for the waiting staff to reach all of the tables with efficiency, all while catering for their needs too. Food times are absurd, Denny's has a limit of 10 minutes, yes, 10 minutes on a plate / table of food. On a regular basis, this Denny's takes up to 30 minutes to 1 HOUR AND A HALF!!! Absolutely ridiculous how much the wait staff needs to run... no, sprint around nonstop, and also how unprepared the hosts are, and the low amount of cooks in the back. This place does not run well. The employees look depressed from working there from the owner is always yelling, scrutinizing, and never complimenting the staff. He also yells across the restaurant, and yells at the employees in front of customers, a humongous turn off to any person wanting to enjoy any type of meal.
To be honest, steer clear of this place.

“What you expect from a Denny's”
Reviewed September 4, 2012 via mobile

We had Sunday brunch at Denny's and had good service despite how busy it was. I felt bad for the college coeds who seemed to be a few waiters short that morning. Food tasted fine. Overall, pretty much what you'd expect at any Denny's.

“Good Breakfast”
Reviewed August 16, 2012

Whenever I come to Pullman to go for my pets' visit to the outstanding WSU veterinary teaching hospital, I stay at the nearby Quality Inn, and I come for breakfast at the Denny's on Bishop. The service has always been fast and courteous, and the food (mainly omlets and coffee for me) is excellent and a fine value. Thanks, Denny's staff, and see you again soon!
