I enjoyed my one nite at the Inn. The owner was welcoming and so helpful The rooms were very clean and quiet. The coffee maker was open all nite. You can be sure that you will get very good value for your money. Oh and the breakfast was fresh and filling! Next year we will book way ahead to get the weekend.

Recently re-opened after a very tasteful renovation.

We are repeat customers. There are deer walking around the neighborhood, and one is an easy four blocks to downtown. The return trip is up hill, but for that you are rewarded with a view. The interior is roomy and light. There are a variety of rooms to fit one's tastes and needs. The owners are pleasant, and the food tasty.

We will book here for our next trip to Port Townsend.

Room Tip: Pay attention to the website, then contact the host and describe your "style". I am certa...

First, let me state that I have been going to the Jazz festival for ten years and stayed all over Port Townsend in various B&Bs, including the Officers quarters in Fort Woorden.

This one tops them all for several reasons:

Great location
Wonderfully welcoming owners
Amazing furnishings, beatifully renovated and decorated, and attention to detail in the rooms
Scrumptious breakfasts -- Dave is a great cook
First class teas and coffees offered round the clock. I'm a tea connoisseur so I know...
Espresso machine in our room (Baker room)
Beautiful linens and super clean bathroom etc.
The support the local community and vendors by buying and being locavores
They help you with luggaqge and will carry stuff up to the roon for you ( in my case an iron and ironing board)
The owners have great taste and are so accommodating.

I cannot say enough nice things about this. And I'm so afraid that this place would sell out for the next year so I already booked my stay and will check out a different room. The word is out...this place rocks

Thanks Dave and Carolyn...Gary and I had the greatest time at Ravenscroft.

See you next year!!

Ruth and Gary

Ravenscroft Inn is a haven of tranquility. Dave, the owner and innkeeper, was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The inn is beautiful, extremely clean, and tastefully decorated. It is in a very quiet location within walking distance to the main downtown. Bathrooms are spacious, rooms well laid out for reading, computing, and relaxing. A luscious breakfast is served which can be eaten on the sunny porch or spacious dining room. The espresso machine available for guests quenched my husband's desire for caffeine. Dave was helpful in directing our quest for restaurants in the area. We will definitely return.

Room Tip: Book well in advance if you are planning a Pt Townsend trip during Jazz, Blues, or other music festi...

Truly a lovely place- both the location, the atmosphere, the service, the owners- even the furnishings are outstanding. Great neighborhood, very definitely worth walking around and an easy walk into the town itself.

I cannot recommend the Ravenscroft Inn highly enough. Dave and his wife acquired the inn in March of 2013 and opened in July, 3 weeks before we arrived. We were greeted by Dave and Leisl, the gentle dog of the establishment, and shown to our room: the Admiralty. The room is spacious and quiet with a great window seat that has lovely views. The entire Inn feels incredibly clean but is warm and inviting. It is located in easy walking distance from downtown Port Townsend for great restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is served in a large dining area that has plenty of tables for those who do not enjoy sitting at a table with strangers for breakfast. Dave loves to cook and the fresh muffins and egg scramble with avocado was delicious. We stayed at four B&B's on the Peninsula and this was by far our favorite. We plan to return

They go the extra mile! We had a delightful room, tastefully decorated, with a VERY comfortable bed. Nothing was too much trouble from letting our friends know we would be later than expected to finding us shops that met our needs to serving excellent breakfasts!!

Room Tip: The Admiralty (fireplace for cooler months) or the Bay with a lovely porch facing the water!
