Owl and Spirit is a very small place (5 tables), has a nice feel to it with lovely guitar music by Brad. They stop serving promptly so even if you squeeze in before the closed sign is turned don’t count on service if it is after 8. We watched a couple come in and sit down at 2 minutes after, then the server left them sitting there for 10 minutes before she told them they would not be served. The puttanesca pasta with jumbo shrimp had four shrimps, lots of artichokes, capers and kalamata olives with even more pasta. I thought the favor was nice yet would have liked more sauce but then I am a sauce lover so…yelp says it is one $ but the dinners are more like $$. The puttanesca was 17.00 and although plenty of food no salad or bread comes with. The orange cream brulee was lovely and the French press coffee flavorful.
