“Not impressed and over priced”
Reviewed April 11, 2014 via mobile

We are locals from the Pacific Beach. We are accustomed to eating at nice places and finding quaint unique places to try.

I have been to Mill 109 three times and have been disappointed each time. While my wife says she likes it, it has simply been over priced and generic at best for me.

It is worth a try... you might find it better to your liking that I did.

“Visiting for the weekend”
Reviewed April 5, 2014

We stayed at Seabrook and enjoyed breakfast lunch and happy hour
A nice Riesling from wa. State or their house blend offering
Nice selection of beers as well staff are very friendly
This also is a kid friendly place ( dogs too! )
This is a nice setting in a cute development of homes
Breakfast was excellent and lunch has a good selection
You never have to leave the development if you choose not to
Restaurant is an e say stroll from any home or cottage

“Yummy Food, Small Space”
Reviewed March 4, 2014

This restaurant is located in Seabrook, a newish fancy concept town that suddenly appears out of nowhere. Mill109 is cute, and by cute I mean lovely interior and small. Be prepared for a crowd weekend nights. We arrived a bit after 5 on a Friday and the only seats left were at the bar. The only place to wait for a table is outside, and in the cold that won't be fun. The food was wonderful. I enjoyed a burger with some super yummy fries. The staff is friendly but because of the small space and large crowd they were a bit frazzled.

“This is It!”
Reviewed February 12, 2014

And by that I mean this is the only restaurant in town. Mill 109 is it. Because we were visiting during the week, off-season, Seabrook was quiet. Very quiet. We were hesitant to eat here because, when we peered in the windows, the place was empty. But it also looked very cute, warm and inviting so we headed inside. And we were happy we did. A friendly chap greeted us immediately. Turns out he was the owner/chef/server. More help was on the way, he assured us but, in the meantime, he walked us through the lunch menu. We were pleased that the owner/chef/server was very familiar with special dietary needs and was happy to make suggestions or alter various selections to suit our needs. We both ordered a grass-fed burger on a gluten-free bun, which was served promptly and was delicious. The restaurant rapidly began to fill with people, the additional help arrived and the place was bustling with great energy by the time we left. Mill 109 is the only place to eat in Seabrook and that's a good thing.
