“Wonderful Find”

We found this great place to stay through Trip Advisors! We weren't sure what to expect after reading it was a "farm", but we were pleasantly surprised. Our rooms were amazing. They smelled like fresh wood. They were very comfy and we had everything we could possibly need--much more accommodating than a hotel. Too many little touches to even list them all. Loved the fresh ground coffee and yummy granola. After days of traveling, it was so nice to just relax with a bowl of cereal and look out into the bay. The rowboat was an added bonus. It was fun to go for a little row at dusk. The locations was perfect. Would recommend this to anyone, especially to travelers looking to leave a smaller footprint and live "green".

Pebble Cove Farm is perfect in every way possible. The south-facing beachfront located in a quiet cove sits near tiny islands that you can reach with the property's row boat. Our toddler loved feeding the pony, two goats and chickens, jumping on the big trampoline and playing on the swingset. We, the parents, loved the farm fresh eggs, the garden's bounty and the beauty of the surroundings. We stayed in the cottage for four nights and were so sad to leave this paradise.
We mostly cooked our own meals, using stuff that we brought (island groceries are very expensive), produce from the Saturday's farmer's market and the vegetables from the garden. The propane grill on the deck is top notch.
Bring your own chef's knife if you plan on cooking. The knives that they provide are super dull. My only complaint!

Room Tip: If you're a big hot tub person, consider staying in the suites, which are right next to the hot...

My husband and I stayed at Pebble Cove Farm for a relaxing two-night getaway. (Our two-year old stayed with grandma at home.) It was complete bliss. The charming, comfortable studio suite had a lovely view of the water, and it was stocked with tasty treats like local granola, organic milk, local coffee, and healthy snacks. It was wonderful to wake up each morning, eat on the deck with the pristine water view, watch the morning bird activity (including hawks and goose families) and simply just "be." It felt like such a respite from our noisy urban life and busy schedules. We loved wandering around the grounds and feeding our food scraps to the friendly goats and pony. We felt very welcomed yet also free to just enjoy the farm on our own. And while it was perfect for a grown-up getaway, we also noted that it would be great to bring our toddler for a future stay because of the swings, farm animals, trampoline, row boat, and other child-friendly amenities. It would be fun to come back in summer when the garden and orchard are in full bloom, though April was also a great time to come because the island wasn't crowded at all. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back.

Wonderful studio suites with microwave, fridge and grill. The property is amazing. Our two year old toddler twins love the place. Playground area has swings, playhouse with books, little chairs and picnic table, garden, trampoline, pony, goat, chickens, little zip line, beach cove with boat and access to small island, fire pit, and a hot tub. We are do glad we found this place. The owners are nice and provided homemade granola and milk for breakfast plus a basket of snacks. And a bag of local coffee.

A truly rare treat.

Pebble Cove Farm makes other hotels pale in comparison. Esther (the owner) made us feel welcome and safe from the moment we arrived. As soon as we stepped into our second floor cottage, the noisy modern world melted away, and we didn't look back until it was all over. The wood burning fireplace was idyllic. The massive glass panes allowed the morning bay light to flood in. The crisp night air and sky full of stars let us taste how people are meant to live without urban clutter.

The amenities were clean and environmentally friendly. The pony and the two goats made for an interesting time. The little market down the road had everything we needed with warm and friendly people.

Perhaps the greatest compliment we can pay is that by the time our stay was over, it felt a little like we were leaving home.

Room Tip: AAA discount available.

We choose to visit Orcas Island to get away from our chaotic life. Pebble Cove Farm provided the perfect getaway to rest and relax. The view from each room was beautiful. We stayed in a studio suite and found the accomodations to be perfect. We plan on visiting agian and renting the cottage.

Room Tip: The Studio Suites sleep 2 and the Cottage sleeps 4. All rooms have great views.

We rented two side by side townhouses. The rooms were clean, light, bright and comfortable. Each morning our son would bring our grandson over to our condo and leave him with us. By the third day our 17 month old grandson had down a routine of feeding the goats, pony and chickens. swinging on the swings and sitting in the row boat. One morning we even found an egg in the hen house which we scrambled for him. With a noisy toddler it was great to be in a place where we could be as loud as we wanted because there is only one other rental unit and it is a cottage that was a considerable distance away. Lydia our host could not have been nicer or less intrusive. She was there when we needed advice about restaurants and kayak rentals but otherwise gave us lots of space. We definitely plan to go back again.
