“Old School Italian”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 3, 2012

It has a old school italian feel, with simple, good food. A small place, so I recommend reservations, and the calzone!

“Get a seat by the kitchen”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 19, 2012

Spend the time. Wait. Ask for a seat by the kitchen. treats await. Worth the wait. Noisy, frenetic but, ah the intangibles! You'll enhance the experience if you sacrifice the comfort. Ciao bello.

“One of the best finds in Olympia”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 19, 2012

If you aren't local you probably wouldn't think to give this place a try, very plain and next to a tatoo joint. but the food is some of the best Italian food to ever pass your lips. the owner is the chef and he likes to know that you enjoyed you food. Call ahead or you probably won't get a seat.

“Feel you are in Sicily”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2012

Absolute favorite restaurant in the area. Small, 'hole in the wall' looking from the outside. Enter another world when you come in the door. You think you are in Sicily. The owner is native Italian speaking who can be found with his basket walking through the Farmers Market hand selecting fresh foods for that evenings' menu. Delicious hand made pastas, great wine list, to die for desserts. Must have a reservation as the place is small. Usually can get a same day reservation if you can dine early in the 5 - 6:30 p.m. time slot.

“Cooked just for you.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 13, 2012

Eugenio cooks only so many meals in an evening so if you are a walk in without reservation, the waitress will have to go back to the kitchen to see if he will handle you. Simple pasta dishes with yummy sauces and a fair price. Bring cash, I don't think he takes credit cards.
