This is a great place for kids. They can touch EVERYTHING. Exhibits include; train station, grocery store, home kitchen, dump truck with rocks to shovel, a water tank, and more. My son loves this place as he gets to decide where to go next and what to do.

My kids love this place. We live about an hour away from it but still make the drive about once a month. It can get crowded but we always manage to find space to play. The play areas are full of activities and allow for all my children to play at the same time while exploring different interests. Their favorites are the pet area and the building zone. It's also nice that you can bring lunch with you and eat it in a closed off eating area so you don't have to leave when they get hungry. There are plans for them to move to a new bigger site, I look forward to seeing what changes they make.

I was visiting the area and decided to check out the museum for something for my 9 month old daughter to do since she had limited time to play in the hotel room. I found there was only one area of the Tot Spot (designed for infants to 4 yrs old) where she could play. There is a soft mat that she could roll around on and a mirror for her to look in. For an infant play area, I thought it was unclean. Plus in the Tot Spot there is a play center that uses lentil beans. The beans were all over the floor and around the edge of the infant play mat. I couldn't look away for fear of my daughter putting one of the beans in her mouth. We were there for over 2 hours and no one from the staff ever came to any of the exhibit areas to pick up/clean. It was busy and the older children were haiving fun, but I wouldn't reccomend it for anyone under 18 months. Be sure to bring plenty of hand sanitizer/wipes.

It's pretty fun the first couple of times. Not real high quality things to play with, crowded. Kind of expensive to get in. The staff doesn't clean the activity areas very well - the last few times we've gone it was pretty dirty. There are lots of stuffed animals that look filthy, the toys and everything were dirty too. The place needs a good scrubbing and the toys and other items need a good soaking in bleach water. As bored as we can get here, we go to the discovery museum as a last resort.
