We took our Grandcharmers to your Museum, well over a year ago. All totaled, there were at least 30+ in our party.....Each and Every one of us, children included, came away having learned tons of information and wanting to visit again....

The Museum is great fun for kids and adults alike! My husband had so much fun playing in different area's of the museum that I was wondering who was having more fun, him or our 1 1/2 year old daughter! Just plan lots of time for it since it won't be a quick stop. Fun to play in for all ages and there is something for everyone. Definately a great place to stop at and let the kids play. Plus they are going to open in a new location fall of 2012 with twice the space and things to do for the kids. I can't wait to take my daughter there once the new location is open!

I don't have little ones but take my nephew once in a while. The old place is amazing with activities kids and adults can participate in together. I hear the one just build will be even better and it is beautiful on the outside.

This is a fun place for the whole family. There is a lot of fun things to do! They have water play, magnet play, pretend play and more! They have a baby/toddler room for the little ones. It's a great little place to go to for a few hours or a whole day. It's close to a few eateries in case you get hungry with all the play!

The staff is always very kind and fun. The place is very clean which is nice especially with little ones. In the toddler room they have bins for toys that have been "toddlerized". They sanitize them for you.

They have great community events including "Sand in the City". They also have parenting lectures as well as parents night out events where you can drop your children off for a few hours!

The only downside is the parking. There is a parking lot about a 1/2 a block away. You can also park in the Capitol's parking. However if session is in, it can be tricky to find parking. Fortunately the parking won't be an issue once they move in the fall of 2012!

We stop here when traveling between Seattle and Portland. It is a good children's museum with large vet clinic, full market, medical clinic, stage with great audio props, water table, crafts room, great younger only kid room, nice little gift shop, and more. Not the biggest children's museum but well done.
