Lots to see and touch. Wasn't thrilled that they suggested a $5/person donation but perhaps they struggle to maintain the facility. The staff was very friendly and welcoming !

This was a great little place with lots of hands on science and a sand table with shells for the littler kiddos. Helpful docent named Steve really knows the local ecology and community.

Close to the beach and very informative. Ran by passionate volunteers and kid friendly and FREE! Wow. They will answer any question you have and what a friendly atmosphere. There is even a bookstore on site. Great photo ops with museum pieces. Wish I could have spent more time.

This is perhaps the best local natural and historic interpretive center I have visited in the states to date. A real treasure for Ocean Shores locals and visitors. Nearby trails to Protection Island where 25 Snowy owls spent time last winter. Saw thousand of sea ducks, brown pelicans and shorebirds migrating south close to the beach.
