Dugan's has been around for a long time and since it's really the only viable pizza place in Ocean Shores (there are others, but...emphasis on the word "viable"), it's popular. This appears to have led to some complacency. The pizza reallys isn't very good. Strangely salty, meagher toppings and a crust that seems stale, even fresh out of the oven. The prices are high, probably due to the popularity of the place. As a long time visitor to Ocean Shores, I am happy a business like Dugan's can survive as long as it has and that it remains popular. But, can't it also be good? Otherwise, someone is going to put a real competitor in that town. Nothing lasts forever in business.
