I'm determined not to let my surly waitress spoil my impression of this place, but fair warning, there is at least one waitress there who will disappear on you, no warning.
As a native New Englander, I'm generally very critical of clam chowder. This place nails it. I wish I'd gotten the breadbowl. Don't make my mistake, order that sourdough breadbowl.
Fish and chips were delicious. My husband got the fried seafood platter and it was like.. deep deep fried. Almost too much, you know? Still delicious though.
Pretty expensive for what you get. Maybe try going early for the earlybird/senior specials.
