First thing you need to know is menus are on the tables, but you order at the counter. So, grab a menu off a table as soon as you walk in the door, especially of there's a line. Would be helpful if they would put up a menu board above order counter OR instructions to get one from table. Would make line go faster, as only one person is doing all the counter/order work.
The upside is that the food really is excellent. Perfect biscuits and gravy, lucious French toast, perfectly cooked eggs.
One big downside for me were the unpadded flat benches...okay for young people, but hard on old arthritic hips, especially if it's busy and you have to wait awhile for the food.
Will go back at some later time, in hopes these problems are fixed.
