very good food
There aren't a lot restaurants on Whidbey Island, so this one is definitely a return trip, again and again! My husband and I went on a stormy day and the view was still enchanting. It's difficult to find waterfront restaurants on the island at all, as much of the water-view property on the island is either residential, industrial, or woods. The food warmed us up immediately, and was generous in proportions and garnishes. We had lovely service in the lounge, and were impressed with its size. We also enjoyed their three large screen TVs as it was a Sunday and we wanted to see some football. The only thing they didn't have was an ATM (we happened to need to some cash), but the waitress said a brand new one was on the horizon. I would call Mi Pueblo the best value in Mexican restaurants on the entire island.
