We made an unplanned stop in Moses Lake on a summer Friday night. Many of the area hotels were sold out and we got one of the last rooms at the Ramada. It was right next to a noisy stairwell, but our fears of interrupted sleep were unfounded. The room was adequate, the beds and bedding excellent, the air conditioner (needed) was very quiet. Staff members were helpful and courteous. We did not indulge in the breakfast.
As previously noted: despite being next to the freeway it was a quiet hotel - even on baseball tournament weekend.
Thanks for this excellent review. We take pride in our clean and quiet rooms and are glad that we had the opportunity to serve you.
My associate and I had to be in Ephrata, Washington all week last week to try a case. While admittedly we were at court all day, when we returned to the hotel we needed to continue working and strategizing for the following day. This resulted in long nights and early mornings, but our accomodations were great. The room was quiet and we did not feel disrupted at any point. And we did not even notice we were right next to I-90. Matt and the staff did an excellent job of making us feel welcome and even provided printer paper when we had to redo some jury instructions. As to the facilities, the breakfast was tasty, hot, fast, and easy, exactly what we needed to get rolling early in the morning. Overall, the hotel was a good value for what we received. I will definitely stay at this Ramada any time I have to try a case or take a deposition in the area.
Thank you for your great review and support of the Ramada Moses Lake. We appreciate your business and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again:)
Nice hotel, quiet even next to freeway. Didn't like the shower head but it was still a good hotel stay.
Thanks for the great review! We have also updated all of our shower heads here at the Ramada. They are awesome:)
I stayed here overnight with my husband and 2 of our children last week. Kids were delighted to find Dennys just across the way :) Anyway, our packing up to leave was not as thorough as we thought and when we arrived home in Kirkland we discovered a much loved soft toy rabbit had been left behind. Our initial call back to the hotel was to no avail, the bunny had not been turned in and most likely had been swept up with the linens. Leave it with us, they said, we will see what we can do. Lo and behold, the bunny turned by via UPS today!!!!! Anyone with young children will appreciate what this meant to us, so thanks Ramada staff, you made our young lady very happy :)
Thanks for taking the time to share this great story! We know that the little things matter and we are so happy that we were able to find your child's bunny.
