This outlet mall is part of the Premium Outlets chain and has most, but not all, of the stores that I like to shop at. (Notably missing is White House Black Market). It is very close to Vancouver BC and can be very busy with shoppers crossing the border on a day trip. My best suggestion is to avoid weekends and holidays.

This is the best outlet mall in the Seattle area. With the addition of the new stores, it is becoming more "high-end" but still pales in comparison to some of the outlet
malls in CA and up and down the east coast. There is a Restoration Hardware outlet which is fine, but still quite pricey, even for more-than-slightly damaged goods. It could use a Pottery Barn/Teen/Kids or a Crate and Barrel/Sur La Table outlet. It can be really crowded at times, especially with weekend travelers who visit from Canada. There is a Nike/Under Armour/Columbia/North Face, but beware as they usually only have off sizes and colors. In general, outlet deals aren't as great as they used to be so buyer beware.

This Outlet Mall has lots of shops with very good prices. Good food and yummy snacks too. Most of the shops give extra discounts. It is an open mall so be prepared for rain at times, (it is in the Seattle area).

I just took a visitor from Japan to the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall yesterday and, to quote her, "If I lived here, I would spend 10 times what I do now on clothes!" There are a wide variety of widely-recognized brand stores in a pleasant walking area. I live fairly close and sometimes just go out to walk, though I can seldom resist stopping in a couple of my favorite stores for a quick peek at the clearance racks.
