We bought a Living Social Deal for tea and we made a reservation without telling them were were using our coupon. They were sooooo rude when we arrived and let them know. Almost refused to seat us stating that they may not have a table for us. When we were seated they delivered the stated items and were very impersonal. We felt like we were 2nd class citizens and were not even checked on after we received our food. Although there was nothing wrong with the food or tea - we did enjoy it very much - the atmosphere in which we were treated made it very uncomfortable. We looked around the gift shop afterward which I really didn't want to find anything because I didn't really feel up to patronizing them at this point but we both ended up buying several items. You would think that a business that offers a "coupon" special to bring business in - would have some consideration that they could be losing customers by their horrible attitude toward those customers. I haven't decided if I will give them my business in the future - and I tell all my friends what happened to us here to make them think twice also.
