“Lovely, but...”
Reviewed June 25, 2014 via mobile

Breakfast at Blueberry Hills is an essential part of every annual trip we make to Lake Chelan. The food and atmosphere never disappoint. We have learned over the years, however, to load up on good coffee before we go. I guess we must be Pacific Northwest coffee snobs, because the stuff they serve at Blueberry Hills just doesn't taste good. We still love the place, and will continue to be loyal customers (not the grouchy kind they talk about in their hilarious menu blurb,) we just get the caffeine on somewhere else.

“Great place for breakfast!”
Reviewed June 2, 2014

This is a little bit out of the way but the drive is really beautiful. There isn't a lot of outdoor seating if you aren't going with a large crowd, so, for couples, you might have to either sit inside or share a table with strangers.

DOG FRIENDLY!!! AND they have doggie treats (frozen beef marrow and turkey balls) which is really nice. Pups have to stay in the outdoor dining area and on-leash.

“Beautiful view of the vineyards”
Reviewed May 30, 2014

Nice view from the patio or some of the inside seating.
You order when you walk into the restaurant and then seat yourself. They give you a number to put on your table and when the food is ready they bring it to you. Many egg, waffle, crape options. Bread was nothing special, as I wished I had a homemade biscuit. They do sell blueberries by the pound there. Since it is not yet blueberry season we bought 5 lbs for $7.50 of frozen berries.

“Quaint and Tasty”
Reviewed May 29, 2014

Located out of Manson a few miles, the drive is worth the meal. We were there for breakfast. Two of our group had the waffles, one had the stuffed crepe. All came with blueberry sauce (or peach) but not blueberries within the dough. Servings were generous and filling. When you enter, grab a menu, find a table, then go to the counter to order. Help yourself to your drink of choice afterward. Admire the products for sale or gaze at the unique decorations hung from the ceiling while you wait for your food. Service is prompt, food is hot. Our only surprise--blueberry pancakes are not on the menu! Otherwise, we were quite pleased with this place. We would go back to try their lunch choices.

“BREAKFAST!”
Reviewed May 29, 2014

Wow! Huge portions served in a super casual setting. You are on the edge of the blueberry farm and can purchase or pick blueberries when they are in season.
The food is great. Mix and match dishes, cups, get your own coffee. Tables are just glorified picnic tables, but that adds to the charm of the place. Friendly staff. We eat here at least once every time we go to Manson.
