We celebrated my daughter's birthday here. Love the atmosphere, beautiful setting and the service was amazing. We try to go to Chelan/Manson every summer. We have enjoyed the wine tastings in the past but had never stayed for dinner. The food was wonderful and the best cadillac/gold margaritas ever. :)

This restaurant is very pretty - lots of glass looking out on the gardens and light wood walls and ceiling. They have seating outside but there were two large parties out there and it was actually quieter inside. They had a piano player for a nice background. Our meals were not memorable. They weren't bad, just not great. Our server was not very attentive either. One cannot eat the ambiance, alas.

We had a lovely time in the outdoor setting. The service was excellent. We couldn't decide on a wine to have with our order, and the server very graciously offered to bring samples of three different wines that would compliment the meals. The food was fresh and expertly prepared. The Prawns and Sundried Tomatoes with Linguine was perfectly cooked. The Chicken Piccata was also very delicious. And save room for the Kahlua Chocolate Toffe Torte with Vanilla Ice Cream. Yum! Overall, the dining experience was great, the food delicious, and the value exceptional.

We went for the wine tasting and stayed for an excellent dinner. The wine tasting was such a pleasant experience that we decided to buy a bottle and enjoy it at dinner. We were very pleasantly surprised to enjoy excellent clam chowder and grilled shrimp. The food was outstanding, and the service remarkable. Watching children enjoy the playground outside as their parents relaxed with a glass of wine was fun and unique. Wapato Point Cellars is a spot everyone should visit.

Our first dinner here had mixed reviews, but we returned for a second night and enjoyed everything. The atmosphere is nice, and it's very convenient if you're staying in Manson.

The first night, I ordered a steak salad, medium rare. It arrived a solid medium, and the advertised "caramelized onions" were a pile of limp white onions that had been lightly sautéed but nowhere near caramelized. It was still tasty despite the poor execution, which is good because our waitress never came back to check nor even ask how our meals were when she cleared the table. My husband's prawn dish was more successful. Dessert was disappointing - the chocolate toffee mousse & Kahlua pie sounded decadent, but looked and tasted like a mass-produced commercial frozen dessert. We left half of it uneaten, which is unusual!

On our return visit, I ordered the beef skewers "rare" and they were nicely done, medium-rare :-). Lamb chops were good as well, as were the very fresh salads and warm bread. This time we opted for crème brulee and it was a bit runny but delicious.
