I'm a fan, but this was my first visit to the location. We came for lunch and we're seated right away; My wife and my 3 kids under 5. The waitress promptly got our drink menus and appetizer order, and came back quickly with the kids milks. Chicken lettuce wraps are a must have appetizer! We ordered Kung pao scallops which is the bet thing on the menu and this visit was no exceptions. Don't let the spicy scare you these scallops are not too "hot" Also had Beef and broccoli which was very good also. The kids had sweet and sour chicken but had a honey dipping sauce instead, they enjoyed their meal. They serve family style, so the more people you bring the more choices you get to try! Our sever was very good, checked on us often, brought extra napkins plates and silverware for our messy kids, warned us of the red peppers in the scallops, and timed everything perfect, so that we really enjoyed our meal. She also brought out check promptly, which is important when you have young kids that are done eating and tired of sitting. Will visit again soon!

“Gluten free menu”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 15, 2013

P.F. Chang was one of the first restaurants to have a gluten free menu and I so appreciated it. The lemon scallops are so delicious and so are the lettuce wraps. We have gone to many of the P.F. Chang restaurants all over the country because we can count on great food and service.

“Perfect match of top notch service and food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 4, 2013

From the moment we walked in to the moment we departed, we had the absolute best service, food, caring from any restaurant we have been to in years (this is the standard that other restaurants should strive to meet). For being attached to a shopping center we could have never guessed this one. We would recommend P.F. Chang's to everyone. By the way it was a 70 mile drive to the shopping center and we would drive it again just to for the dining experience.

“Mediocre food at high prices with poor service”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 15, 2013

Set up a reservation in person the day before dining here. They asked if it was for anything special and I told them it was for our wedding anniversary. On arrival the restaurant was about half full and they proceeded to seat us in the very back and the left most table. I was there for not more than 2 minutes when I realized this was the area with the absolute most foot traffic with the servers constantly entering and leaving the kitchen area. Despite all of the foot traffic I could not waive down anyone to inquire about the possibility of switching table for at least 10 minutes. They happily moved us to a table that was closer to the bar but in the process passed by two empty booths that would have been far more intimate.

The server in this new section was unbelievably slow. She saw to people that came in ten minutes after us and it was difficult to get drinks refilled. I kept an eye on the table we originally sat in and the people there were obviously uncomfortable with all the people brushing up against their backs but they did get their food promptly.

The food itself was OK but nothing special. We have found take out Chinese food places and dine in ones that do not have the nice atmosphere of PF Chang's but the food is easily on par or better and for much lower prices. Based on my experience of being seated practically in the kitchen itself and the sloth like service in the new section I have no intention whatsoever of returning again.
