Description: This is a brand new restaurant in town. It is absolutely delicious! People have to wait outside to get in. Our little town thinks we are just like Portland or Seattle.

“Best Flavor in Longview”
Reviewed March 11, 2013

This is truly the best tasting restaurant in the Longview/Kelso area. When ever we go out we always go to Ganesh. The food is wonderful, flavorful and original. We go there at every opportunity. The lunch time buffet can not be beat, my teenagers beg me to there. If we ever need to cater a work party we always call Ganesh because it is such a nice change of pace than anything we have in Longview.

“Good food, awkward service”
Reviewed March 3, 2013

We don't have a great deal of variety in our little town, so having this unique restaurant is a bonus for downtown Longview. We enjoyed the variety of dishes we ordered, and we like the fact that it is family operated, from the young girl who served us, to the elderly gentleman who fetched us our beer! The interior is fairly dated, and strong smelling, which can sometimes be a turn-off when experiencing out-of-the-ordinary culinary delights. We ate dinner, and have not had the lunch buffet, though we understand that it is popular for lunch. Our experience was a little awkward, as it is unclear as to whether you seat yourself or wait to be seated. We then waited a fairly long time to have our order taken, but the food was delivered promptly.

“Agree, the best in Longview”
Reviewed February 10, 2013

We have visited Ganesh many time in the past year and a half, for both the lunchtime buffet and in the dinner hours. It has become a favorite for the variety and quality of food and preparation plus the friendly family service. You'll find most familiar favorites, butter and tandoori chicken, meat or vegetable vindaloos, naan, poppadoms and chapattis. Beer and wine are available. I usually finish with chai, sweetened or unsweetened as you like. Street parking is usually available very close to the restaurant. This is far and away my favorite restaurant in Longview.

“just say no to strip-mall chain restaurants”
Reviewed January 19, 2013

Ganesh is the only Longview restaurant I look forward to as the food is consistently awesome. While the decor and ambience are Longview'esque, the staff is warm and friendly. Last visit I decided to order a pre-dinner glass of red wine ... not always a good idea in an Indian restaurant. It arrived promptly -- just out of the refrigerator. Part of me wanted to drink it to be polite, but it seemed like a downer way start to a good meal. They were very sweet about taking it back. Overall, it was a wonderful dinner and there was plenty to take home for dinner the following night.

“Wow!!!”
Reviewed January 11, 2013 via mobile

Been wanting to try this place for the last couple of years and just never have done it. Today I discovered what I've missed. Lunch buffet was amazing! The food is very very good. Sure the building and decor is not all that great.. But, it's not like you there to look at walls.. You there to eat... And it's worth every penny!
