We had been escorted to the Inn by a snow plow and another service vehicle, and on the way out with a caravan!
We enjoyed our quiet stay immensely, even though we were asked to stay under cover of the porch or the breezeway because lots of snow was blown off the trees. The folks at the Inn took extremely good care of us, kept the fire in the lounge going, played quiet music for us, and had a huge pot of coffee on all day, as well as hot water so we could make tea. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant and got excellent service. The gift shop was closed, and there was no room service. They must have added new beds, they were much better than we remembered.More
