While the staff was friendly and mostly attentive, the food was mediocre at best. The chips were hot but sauce was bland and flat tasting--no spice or heat. Taco salad was mostly lettuce and special-of-the-day enchiladas, with rice and beans, came on a hot plate but food was barely warm and really flat and flavorless. Highlight of meal was half-liter of merlot for $8.95.

Bright and colorful decor will cheer you up no matter what the weather. Authentic mexican dishes and beverages were served piping hot. Shrimp entrees, enchiladas, normal Mexican fare, just as it should be. Very nice service too.

I didn't know you could screw up Mexican food so badly...the carne asada didn't even look like meat and tasted bad; the chips and salsa were mediocre, the margarita didn't taste like there was any strawberry or tequila in it. I was weary of having Mexican food in a seafood town but we tried it and won't try it again.

To start our server was really nice. Im a big chips & salsa girl & the salsa was just ok. However, the food was bobm! I got the chili vedre berrito & it came with beans & rice. The chili verde was tender & had great flavor. The beans & rice was good too. We will be back.

its a average slighty dirty a bit sticky and a bit pricey for the usual mexican fair, but it will do in a pinch it you like margaritas chips and salsa! beware the place gets really busy with the senior crowd (lots of blue hairs) from 4 to 530, lunch it the best time lunch menu saves you a few dollars over dinner prices but portions are a bit smaller
