“Great restaurant”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

Food, drinks, and service are great! We had the fresh copper river salmon and it was heavenly. We also had several appetizers, calamari, crab cakes, and hummus. All were very very good. Everything was just perfect!

“Greek food”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

We had an excellent dinner here in July. We are light eaters so we split the entree, copper river salmon, which was excellent. We ordered the large Greek salad and split that to. It was more than enough for the two of us. The food was fresh, excellent and cooked nicely. The ambiance was average. The prices were apropriate.

“Fresh local cuisine with a Mediterranean flair.”
Reviewed July 6, 2013

It's Fourth of July weekend so we made reservations. Glad we did, place was busy. We got seated right away, ordered some cocktails from their menu, all were delicious. Appetizers of crab cakes excellent. Had specials of sole and salmon. The fish was prepared perfectly. One party had the meat sampler patter, lamb was to die for tender and flavorful. Excellent over all in the food preparation. Service was adequate, had to flag a waitress a few times for drink refills but otherwise it was very timely. We did not wait long for each course and it was hot when we got it!

“Best spot on the south end”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

We regularly eat at Cafe Langley, probably once per week. We consider it the best spot on the south end of Whidbey Island. The food and service is consistently good though I would like to seem them mix the menu a bit. My wife is quite happy with the options but I am more of a "meat and potato" guy and there is usually but a single beef option on the menu. I love the warm pita bread they deliver upon your arrival. The salads are very fresh and without excessive dressing. Entrees are consistently good and well prepared with interesting twists not typically found in a small restaurant. Desserts are good too, especially the chocolate creme (I think - like mousse with caramel and a dab of whipped creme on top) - give it a try. There are two tables by the front window where you can enjoy the view over Saratoga Passage to Camano Island.
