My family loves Neil's Clover Patch. The staff has been welcoming of our family from booster seat size to senior citizens. The food always tastes good and we hae favorite dishes.

Yes, sometimes we wait when it is busy but they never rush us out when it is busy. It is like going over to Mom's house where I do not even have to do the dishes.

Love the Eggs Benedict and the all you can eat fish and chips.

Neil's Clover Patch Cafe has excellent "home cooked" breakfast. They have specials on a board and a menu. Be sure to check out the board. The food is prepared per your request and is very good. We partook of this food more than once on our vacation. Neil's is noting fancy but just a good down home place to eat breakfast.

Remember, it's an island diner.
It's not a corporate clean diner nor a healthy kitchen diner but an old fashioned "we cook perhaps too much but try our best" type of diner.
All of your diner menu favorites are available. The staff is friendly, sassy and at times scattered. Do they talk too much at times, yes - but that is what makes us nostalgic for old time diners.
Anyway, the main part of your dish will be good but the sides are neglected. Most especially the vegetables.

Neil, if I may suggest and if you ever read this, stop having your staff overcook your vegetables. Serve more local beers and wines and for goodness sake - keep up the good work.

Neil's breakfasts are very tasty and large enough to share or take part home for another day. Great ham and cheddar omelets and lots of choices with local eggs, beef, bacon etc. Dinners are comfort food and always include soup or salad and dessert. Inexpensive wine and reasonable food prices make this a favorite weekly go-to-dinner or breakfast place.
