“Perfection Once Again.”
Reviewed October 1, 2013

My wife and I just completed our 3rd visit to the INN and once again everything was perfect. The location, rooms, amenities are superb but the service provided by the staff is unsurpassed. I'm booking our next stay today. Outstanding experience! Well done!!

Room Tip: Request a water view.

The Saratoga is everything you could possibly ask for in an Inn of that quality. From the "tea" time in the afternoon, (wine, cheese and fruit), to the great beds, and the wonderful breakfasts, the Saratoga exceeded all our expectations! Loved the turn-down service with the chocolates, and the bathrobes too.
The location is fantastic, and the rooms were very quiet. We were within walking distance to everything and the town itself is pretty special too. We really enjoyed our dinners and wine tasting while there.
The staff was great, and I don't want to forget to mention this is by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed! All the details were attended to, even the porch railing and chairs were dust and fingerprint free! I hope to get back there soon, and will certainly recommend the Saratoga Inn to anyone! Thank you for the special time.

Room Tip: I don't think there is a "bad" room in the place.

Although our stay was short, we adored the room on the main floor near the back. They had everything we needed, easy downtown location, earplugs for light sleepers, dvds to rent, a yummy afternoon snack, chocolate, and even a full moon! They were highly recommended to us and we are so glad we stayed at Saratoga Inn!

Room Tip: we liked the room on the main floor at the far end

I could not step or turn anywhere that it was not there.

On an 11-day 65th Bday trip around Puget Sound ... from Port Renfrew on Vancouver Island, B.C. to Chambers Bay Golf in Tacoma ... we saw much and had the memory-maker trip we hoped for. Every place was special ... but I have to say ...

Saratoga Inn was nothing short of awesome. If the system had six stars for only the creme'-ala-creme' -- Saratoga Inn would be one. And lest ye think we say that about EVERY great place ... Saratoga is one of only two six star places in our lifetime of experience. For the other, go to Big Cedar Lodge in Missouri.

The Staff was amazing; our room was wonderful and cozy with a fab view; the bedding was super -- probably my best night's sleep the whole trip; the breakfast was unreal; the delicious coffee ready when I was at 5:45 a.m. in the dining area; and, the rockers on the porch overlooking a part of Puget Sound might have been the final touch of peace, friendly guests, and the soothing cool water breeze.

And, O! Did I mention "Wine Time" in the afternoons ??????

What's not to like, you ask? We only planned on one night there. Next time will be more ... for more, even, would not be enough, but at least it would be better.

What a place!

Room Tip: Small inn; limited selection of rooms; I suspect ALL are superb.

My husband and I just stayed three nights in the Carriage room at the Saratoga Inn. The owner, an architect, did a terrific job designing the spacious and light-filled room, which sits atop four garages across a driveway from the main inn. The bathroom is large, and includes a wide double sink, a big tub, and a separate door to the toilet and large walk-in shower. The kitchenette is well equipped and opens to the living room with a large screen TV, fireplace, and balcony. Every window, including the bathroom's, has a water view. The Carriage room is the best for privacy, maximum comfort, and is worth the splurge.

It's a 2-3 minute walk into town, where a movie theater was running an Indie film, and there are plenty of restaurants. The Star Market features good produce, wines, and has an excellent deli. We bought sandwiches, fruit, and a bottle of wine to enjoy dinner on our balcony with a magnificent view of the water and Mt. Baker in the background. The only suggestion I have is to replace the room's little wine glasses, or at least have larger ones available upon request.

The staff at the inn were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and eager to please. Their dining recommendations were excellent.

Breakfast was served buffet style, and included a freshly baked egg dish, muffins, pancakes/waffles/French toast, in addition to cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit and juices. The egg dishes were lighter and more savory than I expected. Everything was delicious.

The front porch and the inside living room with a fireplace in the main inn are comfortable for reading, relaxing, and visiting with other guests. Afternoon wine, cheese, and sweets are especially good.

Kudos to the owners and staff for creating a superb experience for their guests. We can't wait to return, and we will be sure to share our new favorite inn with our friends and family.

Room Tip: The Carriage House is the most spacious and quiet room, though it's expensive, it's worth it...

Saratoga Inn is simply a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Langley! Simply heaven!
The Inn is clean and relaxing for anyone that wants to wind down from traveling or a enjoy quick getaway from the city! Yes, the rocking chairs on the porch are inviting and awesome to read a book with!
The complimentary breakfast, fresh coffee and afternoon wine and appetizers were scrumptious! We need Cindy Miller (kudo's to tthe fabulous chef!) to produce a souvenir Saratoga cookbook for us to take home!
Love Jenny and Kayce, who were so accommodating to us during our stay. Thank you for a wonderful memorable experience. We will be back!
