Numerous times we have tried to come here, both for lunch and breakfast, and it's always the same...plan on waiting for ever to be seated. When you walk in, there are people milling around, and they will acknowledge you, but think they would come over to seat? Average wait is about 5 minutes, about 4 minutes longer than it should be! And there are always empty tables, so there really is no excuse. 4 out of 5 times we have turned around and left, it's that bad. Last week we finally got seated, but the hamburgers average about $12.00 for a burger and fries. Want to substitute a salad or fruit? They charge you even more! We ended walking out again, found another place to go and spent $15.00 for 'both' our lunches.

Seven of us came here for dinner and the service was very slow every step of the way. Drinks, appetizers, salad, main course, dessert and bill. Our waiter was a nice enough guy, but he kept dropping things, like the silverware, the check cover, etc. One woman ordered a margarita, and it never came, so she asked him to take it off the bill. But, he didn't take it off, so she finally gave up. The food was average. The restaurant is quite noisy, but they recently added a new area with just four tables and it is sheltered enough that it was reasonably quiet.

I thought our server was lowsey until I realized there were only a few servers handling a full house... Granted it was a Monday and maybe thats a slow day, but the wait staff was overwhelmed to say the least. They were even overlapping to help cover each other so my hats off to the staff. My complaints are with managment at this point. I'm not sure the cause, but regardless the reason the service was slow and it wasn't the fault of the help.

Food was good and atmosphere was fine as well. Location... not so much.

Chain of restaurants: Greenlake B&G, Eastlake B&G, Crossroads B&G, Bremerton B&G, LunchBox Laboratory---www.neighborhoodgrills.com----Sunny day---was greeted and asked if we would like to sit outside: We declined---we like booth # 34 along North side of building---
Ordered menu item #2 classic burgers---one with fries the other with rings($1.00 Extra)
which we shared---more than enough for our meal---wait-person very friendly---checked on us
several trimes---refilled coffee did not need to ask---clean facility---clean men's room---only one problem: the "Fivestar" loyalty cards were not being accepted---word was that they were not being accepted at any of the venues...no intermediate solution available until fixed (did not know when) no plan to track current purchases yet. Could be a romantic venue evenings---good family
spot---good food.

The LFP Bar & Grill is what a neighborhood restaurant should be. The menu is decent, with many different offerings for many tastes. The service was very good and efficient. The restaurant features different specials on different nights. I do wish that their draft beer menu offered more choices, such as a nice lager or pilsner.
