I just had the most absurd experience at this Burger King. It was 11:05pm and the lobby door was open, so I walked in. After a minute or so, a worker came out and told me that the lobby was closed. He told that I could, however, go through the drive thru and they could serve me.
Since we walked over from our hotel next door, we walked outside to the drive thru. To my shock, the drive thru attendant refused to serve us because we were not in a vehicle! We literally had to walk back next door, get our car and drive 200 feet to be served.
What poor customer service and a horrible waste of gas!
At least the food was hot.
