Let me start by saying that this was the worst stay at a hotel I have ever had.
I spoke with a representative with broken English when making my reservation. When she quoted me for the price for my stay I clarified twice and she confirmed that the price was for two nights total, not one night.
On the second night, we arrived tired and found our roll-a-way bed had been taken. Then someone attempted to enter our room. A few minutes later the front desk calls asking if I was staying another night. I confirmed and hung up. Another few minutes go by and the front desk calls to tell me they are charging me another night, I explained my reservation details but got no cooperation. I then requested the roll-a-way be redelivered but they were out of them at this point. The front desk called back a third time (this is at 11:00pm by the way) needing me to come down to the lobby again so they can charge the additional night, AT FULL PRICE! I asked to have a manager call me which never happened, and my friend had to sleep on the floor.
Thank you for the horrible service. My friends and I won't be returning or sending business that way again.More
