Although it was chilly and extremely windy, this was a nice beach. Not too rocky and had a nice sandy place for the dog to play. There was a fort made out of a wind-blown tree. Very scenic.

Visited here before heading over to Rialto Beach. Easy to park and walk right up to the beach. Great rock formations and scenery. Nice place to visit.

Very pretty area. First beach was very accessible on foot. You park and have a short walk and you are there. Beautiful sunset.

1st, 2nd and 3rd Beaches are all beautiful. Go to 2nd & 3rd for a more raw and secluded hike/view. Stayed at 1st Beach in one of the cabins there. Beautiful sunset!

First beach is the beach in La Push to which you can drive up (versus walking/hiking like to Second and Third). As we were heading there the sky was clear and we were on schedule to view the sunset. As we approached, it was gray and cloudy but still a sight to see.

We drove right up and there was plenty of space to park. There were lots of photographers, for good reason, and people camped on the beach. We purchased firewood and kindling from the general store on the way in and a fire permit from the resort office, $5 each (no fee to is it the beach in general). There aren't designated fire pits so we created one with the smooth stones (see pictures) on the beach and our firewood. We used driftwood as our wood burned out.

This is definitely worth visiting if on the Olympic peninsula!
