The have a good variety of tasty beers that they brew. Their food is also good. We usually have one of their pizzas which are more creative types, and done in the pizza oven. Recommend for a drink and lunch on your trip to LaConner.

This is a charming casual restaurant with a limited menu, mostly pizza and pastas and a good selection of their own brews. It is busy and can be very noisy.

This restaurant always has a warm and friendly environment with very fresh food! If you are a fan of microbreweries, you won't be disappointed.

We make a point to visit local brewpubs where ever we go, and so I was looking foward to this one near our hotel.

LIKES: Location, reasonable prices in general, decent service

DISLIKES: Pizza was good, but extremely salty; my wife requested her dressing on the side for her entre salad. It did arrive on the side, but the kitchen also bathed the salad in dressing as well. Neither of the darker ales we had tasted very good. There seemed to be an unusual flavor overtone. Ordered dessert to go and discovered the slice of cheese cake was very tiny for the price and was just average.

SUMMARY: La Conner may not have a lot of brewpub competition, but compared with others (see my review for Skagit River, Elliott Bay, and Silver City), this one misses the mark.

Wood fired pizza, great salads, and great beer. They have televisions if you want to watch a ball game and there are some very competetive backgammon players to challenge you if you like.
