This is from far my favorite place when it comes to Northern Italian food. Holly, the owner and chef, as well as her whole team are simply amazing. The price, as you can expect, is in the upper range, what you are going to enjoy is definitely worth every penny of it. Italian wine lovers will find the wine list of definite interest.

Been here a couple of times and have always had excellent food and service. A little formal for my taste but you can count on a good night out from this place.

Here is a restaurant that has possibly been reading its own many glowing reviews, and gotten a little too big for its britches. Our server treated us like we just fell off the turnip truck. Gosh, I 'm sorry I had the temerity to ask what "Cipollini in Agro Docle" is. And we made the fatal mistake of smiling, and trying to joke with our oh-so-serious waiter.
Maybe we just weren't serious enough for this establishment, but there's no excuse for not being provided menus, and having to ask twice and then ask twice again for dessert menus. There's no excuse for ignoring our table of four for over 20 minutes while obsequiously attending to the table next to us repeatedly.
The food was acceptable. My venison was tasty although not very tender. The New York strip of a companion was generous, cooked to perfection and reported to be excellent. My wife's fish of the day, described as "Italian sea bass" was a tiny trout-like fish, served whole with the head and tail and basically tasteless.
Don't waste your money here. I gladly will pay these upper tier prices, and have done so often at other restaurants, but at a minimum expect to be treated with civility, and expect that the service will be professional and courteous. At Cafe Juanita these minimal parts of the dining experience apparently are just too much to expect.
