Tavolino's offers typical fare (pizza and sandwiches) with a Chicago twist that is hard to find in the Pacific Northwest. Their deep dish pizza comes as advertised, a true pizza pie that could very well deserve using a fork.
I would recommend getting their fries (even if you order pizza), since they are so much different than anything I've seen before. They are very thin fried slices off a potato, almost as if they simply skin the potato then use the same technique to make their fries. While I can't say they are better than Dick's Drive-In's take on natural cut fries, they are certainly worth trying.
